Movement is medicine
before and after birth.

The Mom MVMNT exists because too many moms are told to take it easy during pregnancy and then left completely on their own postpartum. The research tells a different story. Strength training during pregnancy and the fourth trimester is one of the most powerful things you can do for your health, your recovery, and your baby. My job is to make that accessible to every woman, at every fitness level, at every stage.
